At Novitek Global, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for orders shipped within the United States.

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new or slightly used
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

After review, we will provide one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

How to Start a Return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the supplier.

Return Shipping

  • Returns are completed by mail
  • A free return label will be provided for download and printing
  • No restocking fees are charged

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank or card account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
