At Novitek Global, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 11:59 PM PST (Los Angeles).
Orders placed before this time will begin processing within our standard handling time. Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the following day.
Orders are processed 7 days a week by our fulfillment partners.
Novitek Global customer support is available Monday through Friday. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 days.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed during periods of high demand may require slightly longer processing times, but we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national and regional carriers depending on the supplier and warehouse location. Orders are fulfilled from partner warehouses and distribution centers.
These may include carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Carrier selection may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 7–12 days (including processing and transit time).
This includes:
- 1–3 days processing time
- 6–9 days shipping (transit) time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors such as:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Logistics disruptions
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
If tracking indicates that the package has been successfully delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier. While we are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier, we will still assist customers where possible.
